Bronze Medallion
IRB Driver & Crew
Bronze Medallion courses are run every year at Bermagui SLSC.
 
This is the basic course needed to become a surf lifesaver.  You must be over the age of 15 to participate and during the course you will learn to demonstrate proficiency in surf awareness, survival, patrol and rescue procedures, emergency care plus anatomy and physiology.

The IRB Driver Award (Silver Medallion) course is run through the Bermagui SLSC.
 
The first step is to take the IRB Crew Course and that can be followed by the IRB Driver Course.

Advanced Resuscitation Training - ARTC
Other Awards and Qualifications
The objective of this training is to provide you with the skills and knowledge to introduce oxygen into resuscitation for either oxygen supplemented resuscitation or oxygen therapy and to safely perform defibrillation using semi-automatic external defibrillators.
